Came in shrink-wrapped with the animate bonus included, which was a pleasant surprise since those extras usually sell out fast. The 184 pages feel substantial and the cover art pops nicely on the gloss finish. Already pre-ordering volume 2.

The paper quality is nice and sturdy for a print edition, and the 184 pages give it a solid, weighty feel that matches the manga's gritty vibe. The bonus item was a pleasant surprise too, though I wish the packaging had been a bit more protective during shipping.

The 184 pages feel like a proper volume, substantial enough to sink into for a long sitting. That animate exclusive bonus was the reason I ordered, and it's tucked in nicely without any damage in transit. Honestly, this is exactly the kind of print release I'd been waiting for.
